Tim is retired from thirty-five years in the automobile business and is an entrepreneur in real estate and business development, having owned businesses since just out of high school. Kathy has been a homemaker and esthetician who studied at Euro Institute of Skin Care and is retired from running her own spa and skin care business. They both enjoy drinking coffee, walking, and traveling. They love spending time with their kids and grandkids, praying and reading God’s Word, and worshiping God and going to church together. They also stay very busy serving together at marriage events, and partnering with other couples who have a passion for marriages has been their source of greatest joy.

This book could be for everyone. Our 14-year-old granddaughter read this book and loved it. She told us she skipped through the marriage questions since she was unmarried. e believe it’s powerful for everyone to see the supernatural work of Christ. Ideally, the reader would be married, as we share our marriage story and pose questions directed towards marriage. We hope to take any marriage to a new level. Even pre-married couples could learn from our book.
After 27 years of searching for a better marriage, we wanted to share what this was. As we have been traveling and sharing what God had done in our lives and marriage many people have told us we need to write a book. We knew also that this was coming from God. So, out of obedience to Him and knowing that our story helps other couples, we knew we needed to write our book. We want to help and encourage as many couples as possible. We know God will use this book to do that.
This has not been an easy task. We know that the enemy does not want our story told and along the way we have encountered many examples of this. From the beginning of finding a writer to work with and her passing away. It’s been hard to relive the sin and the hurt we have caused each other but we know we are not those same people and we have had to remind ourselves of the new creations we are in Christ. Our hope is through sharing our sins other couples can do this and marriages can be healed.
We are all searching for something, and until we find Christ, the search will continue Sin and secrets must be revealed in a marriage for healing to begin and for you and your spouse to thrive. Marriage takes work and commitment. In order to thrive we need to put the work in. Being in God’s word and doing what he says is a nonnegotiable for us as is praying together every day. Making Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior was our answer, and we know He is the answer for all.

I love this question because I believe our book is so different. This is not just a memoir. This is so much more. We have brought our children and grandchildren into this book. There are callout boxes with real and raw thoughts of what our kids saw and felt as they watched their Mom and Dad in a doomed marriage. Then they respond with what they saw after our transformation. We also added eight professional quality videos from us, our kids, grandkids and friends as they witness the powerful work of Christ in our life’s. We believe as the reader dives into our book they will love seeing the real live interaction in these videos. We spared no expense to make this book great. Also, between every chapter we have added questions for transformation for readers.

Our prayer is that God takes our book to the masses to help many people and marriages.
